Best snack ever!

Finally got around to cooking our pumpkins. The seeds are my favorite part. 

To make preheat oven to 250, toss with olive oil, salt, and seasonings of choice, and then bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for  40 minutes (mixing after the first 20).

For this batch used Pampered Chef’s Bell Pepper Herb Rub. Call it one of the benefits being married to a new consultant.
